- I was pulling for them against Chelsea and Inter, and wanna see ‘em get their win
- Robben and Scweinsteiger are a couple of my favorite players
- A few of my friends support Bayern
- I always get temporarily attached to teams I play for in Fifa

Mixed feelings, honestly. On one hand, it sucks in a big way that the Southeast and other regions were ignored for a second team in a city that already has MLS representation. On the other hand, a second (loaded) team in New York has the potential to lure more high-profile players and raise the profile of Major League Soccer worldwide.
And I’ve grown used to supporting a NASL team anyway.
I could, yeah.
It’s basically every European country (except a few) competing to perform the catchiest and campiest song.

- Chelsea FC 5-2 FC Basel, agg. (1-1)(4-1)
- SL Benfica 4-2 Fenerbahce SK, agg. (2-2)(2-0)
I’m really on the fence with this one. On one hand, it would be very disappointing to lose a player of his ability, even though we’d be sure to get a sizable transfer fee from whatever club wants to buy him. On the other, I could totally understand the action of selling him, as his behavior on the pitch is sometimes inexcusable.
